• SMS-based deal submission and notifications

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid US phone number for SMS features

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACQUISITION MANAGER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Acquisition Manager from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms
